Hi we have a associated chamber model number HD-510 serial no B7323. We are having issue with the unit. We ran out of water in our chamber and now it will not work at all. Please any help would be appreciate.

Hi PLA, thanks for posting. The problem that you are having is common, and I think I have just the solution for you.
Usually when the chamber runs out of water it will overheat and flip the thermal limit breaker behind the control panel. Try taking off the service cover to reveal this: ![]() Here is a close up: ![]() Just push this breaker button in and it should be working up to speed again. Let me know if this works. |

Anytime. Glad to help. Here are some other tips for the future:
Water should always be present in the float tank in the back/side of the unit, except when draining the system. Check the water feed line for obstructions or restrictions. Check if the Humidity light is on. If not, check the controller setting to be sure it is set for humidity. If that is ok check the humidity switch and the wiring. If you ever get partial humidity, check the controller settings, and please email me the controller set sheet. |

It is important to drain humidity system one time a week. If testing with high humidity, drain water more than once a week. This will prevent particles to clog steam generator water feed line. See below thread for more detail on how to drain.
